Austin Racing Limited Standard Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with Austin Racing, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

If you are unsure about product fitment, road legality, delivery times, returns or any other order detail, please contact us before placing your order.

Placing An Order

Once an order is placed, you will receive confirmation by email. We may contact you if there is an issue with product availability, fitment, payment, pricing, delivery information or any order detail requiring clarification.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the product ordered is suitable for their motorcycle, intended use and local laws.

Pricing Information

The price shown for goods excludes postage and packing unless specifically stated. UK prices are subject to UK VAT at the correct rate where applicable.

Delivery charges, taxes, duties and any applicable import fees may vary depending on the destination and the service selected.

Dispatch & Lead Times

Dispatch and lead times are estimates unless otherwise confirmed in writing. Austin Racing products may be built, finished or prepared to order, and delays can occur during busy periods, manufacturing, supply, quality control or courier processing.

If you require an item urgently, please contact us before ordering so we can advise on current availability and expected dispatch.

Delivery Service

Austin Racing ships using courier services including UPS Express where available. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, customs checks, public holidays, incorrect address details or circumstances outside our control.

Please ensure your delivery address, contact number and email address are correct at the time of ordering.

Inspecting Goods On Arrival

Any goods received from Austin Racing must be checked carefully on arrival. Any dispute, missing item, incorrect item, visible damage or delivery issue must be raised within 14 days of receipt of the item or items.

Please do not fit, modify or use a product if you believe it may be incorrect, damaged or incomplete. Contact us with your order number and clear photographs so we can assess the issue.

Unwanted Goods

Returns of unwanted, non-faulty goods may be subject to a 40% restocking fee where permitted by law. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

Returned items must be unused, unfitted, complete, securely packaged and in resaleable condition. We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service.

Online Cancellation Rights

Where a statutory cancellation right applies to an online order, consumers usually have 14 days from receiving their goods to tell us they wish to cancel, followed by 14 days to return the goods.

Custom-made, personalised, specially manufactured, used, fitted or damaged items may be treated differently unless faulty or not as described.

Refund Processing

Refunds are normally processed using the original payment method after returned goods have been received and inspected.

We may reduce a refund where goods have been used, fitted, damaged, marked, modified, returned incomplete or handled beyond what is necessary to inspect them, where permitted by law.

Damaged Or Faulty Goods

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, incorrect or appears to be faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos or videos.

We will assess the issue and advise the next step. This may include replacement parts, repair, return assessment or further fitment checks.

Fitment, Road Use & Local Laws

Some Austin Racing products may be intended for race, track or off-road use only and may not be legal for road use in all countries or regions. It is the customer’s responsibility to check whether a product is suitable and legal for their intended use.

Product images, finishes, colours, sound levels, materials and specifications are provided as accurately as possible, but may vary slightly due to manufacturing processes, product development, screen settings or supplier changes.

Where homologation, E-marking, dB compliance, emissions compliance or road legality is important, please check the product page carefully and contact us before ordering if clarification is required.

Fitting Responsibility

Products should be installed by a competent person using appropriate tools and any supplied fitting guidance. Incorrect installation, misuse, unauthorised modification or failure to check clearances may cause damage.

After fitting, customers are responsible for checking all fasteners, clearances, heat-sensitive areas and safe operation before riding.

Product Support

Warranty support is assessed on a case-by-case basis and may require proof of purchase, photographs, videos, product inspection or return of the item.

Warranty support does not usually cover normal wear and tear, heat discolouration, cosmetic ageing, crash damage, misuse, incorrect fitting, unauthorised modification or damage caused by external factors.

Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, taxes, clearance fees or other charges applied by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

Liability & Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any rights you have under consumer law.

Austin Racing will not be responsible for losses caused by incorrect installation, misuse, unauthorised modification, failure to check fitment or clearance, use outside the product’s intended purpose, or failure to comply with local road, noise, emissions or vehicle regulations.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.
