We have an immediate vacancy for an assembly technician to be based in our brand new HQ in Burgess Hill!

You must have an interest in motorcycles/motorcycle racing. This is a necessity.

This is a full-time, workshop-based position focused on the assembly and quality control of high-end motorcycle exhaust systems. We’re looking for someone who takes real pride in hands-on work and understands the difference between acceptable and exceptional.

Role Overview

•  Assemble exhaust systems using hand and power tools to an extremely high standard with consistency and precision
•  Inspect finished products for quality assurance
•  Operate machinery in the production line

Welder / Fabricator

We have an immediate vacancy for a Top Metal Fabricator / Welder.

Candidates must be highly skilled fabricators, and it is essential that they are able to produce work to a very high standard.

You must be able to TIG weld to a competent standard. Training is provided to help candidates achieve the required standards we set but initial skill should be there.

You will need to have proven experience and ideally be time served or have acquired relevant training. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced fabricator wishing to utilise their broad experience in an established organisation.

Accuracy is key, and candidates must to be able to read and follow technical drawings. Candidates must also be experienced in the use of inspection and measurement apparatus including callipers and height gauges etc.

Role Overview

• Welding titanium and inconel down to 0.7mm thickness
• Fabricating/manipulating tube to produce high standard fit up. This includes swaging, grinding etc.
