The RS22 Under-seat Box Delete has been developed specifically for the 2026 KTM 990/R, delivering a sharp increase in sound, presence, and visual impact while retaining everyday usability. This system allows you to keep your stock headers while removing the silencer box, and retain the option to upgrade to titanium headers later on.

This is a twin-exit titanium system, engineered to sit cleanly under the tail and compliment the Duke 990’s aggressive race geometry. Lightweight and compact, the RS22 offers a properly tuned exhaust note without compromising fitment or rideability.
