This full titanium RS22 Exhaust system is designed to unlock the full potential of the KTM Duke 990/R platform.. Engineered for performance first, they dramatically improve exhaust flow, sharpen throttle response, and deliver a noticeable weight reduction over the restrictive stock setup.

Important: An ECU remap is essential when running these headers to ensure correct fueling and safe operation. We offer the 

ATOM Device for this.

This is a twin-exit titanium system, engineered to sit cleanly under the tail and complement the RC-R’s aggressive race geometry. Lightweight and compact, the RS22 offers a properly tuned exhaust note without compromising fitment or rideability.
